Description
The most famous of the cookies of Reims, pink biscuits are traditionally dipped in champagne or red wine, emerging intact, thanks to their crispy exterior. • Originally white, the biscuits acquired their pink hue when a baker decided to use carmin to disguise the black specks coming from vanilla.
