These Terms & Conditions govern both retail purchases and travel experiences offered by Parisienne Farmgirl.

Due to the uniqueness of Everyday Château inventory, all retail product sales are final.
The following Terms & Conditions govern all tours, retreats, travel experiences, and curated journeys offered by Parisienne Farmgirl and its affiliated entities (“Company”).
Please read carefully. By submitting payment for any travel experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
1. BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE
Submission of a deposit or any payment constitutes full acceptance of:
• These Terms & Conditions
• The specific trip listing and description page
• All inclusions and exclusions outlined therein
Trip-specific details — including itinerary structure, accommodations, airport transfer inclusions (if any), activity descriptions, and logistical information — are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.
2. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & NON-REFUND POLICY
All deposits and payments are:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Not eligible for credit toward another experience
• Not transferable to another individual
Payments secure accommodations, vendor contracts, planning commitments, and reservations immediately upon receipt.
If you choose not to attend for any reason — including illness, personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or change of mind — all funds paid are forfeited.
No “trip hopping,” rescheduling, or transferring funds to another date or tour is permitted for personal reasons.
3. PAYMENT SCHEDULES & DEFAULT
Payment schedules and final balance due dates are outlined on each individual trip page.
Failure to submit final payment by the specified deadline constitutes voluntary cancellation and will result in forfeiture of your reservation and all funds previously paid.
The Company is not obligated to provide reminders beyond standard invoice notifications.
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE (REQUIRED)
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants.
Proof of active travel insurance coverage must be submitted prior to or at the time of the final trip payment installment. Failure to provide proof of coverage may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Your policy must include, at minimum:
• Trip cancellation coverage
• Medical coverage abroad
• Emergency medical evacuation
• Travel delay and interruption coverage
The Company is not responsible for financial loss resulting from illness, cancellation, personal emergency, flight disruption, or other unforeseen events. Guests who fail to secure appropriate coverage assume full financial responsibility for their participation.
5. FORCE MAJEURE & GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS
If a trip must be canceled or postponed by the Company due to:
• Government travel restrictions
• Border closures
• Lockdowns
• Political instability
• Natural disasters
• Force majeure events beyond reasonable control
Payments will be applied to a rescheduled date of the same experience.
Refunds will not be issued under force majeure circumstances.
Participants may not independently elect to postpone or transfer payments due to personal concerns.
6. GROUP SIZE & PARTICIPATION
Experiences are intentionally curated for small groups. Minimum and maximum guest counts are determined per trip.
The Company reserves the right to adjust group size within reasonable limits to maintain viability of the experience.
If traveling with a spouse, partner, or companion who will occupy accommodations reserved for the group, a full package must be purchased for each individual.
7. ACCOMMODATIONS & ROOMING
Accommodation types, occupancy structure, and inclusions are described on each trip listing page.
Minimum occupancy requirements apply where indicated (including double occupancy pricing).
The Company reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations if circumstances require.
Room preferences are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
8. AIRFARE & TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Airfare is not included unless explicitly stated.
Guests are solely responsible for:
• Securing valid passports
• Meeting entry requirements
• Visa compliance
• Timely arrival
The Company is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, improper documentation, or customs issues.
9. A LA CARTE ADD-ONS
Optional add-ons, additional hotel nights, private transfers, special events, or custom experiences are final sale once paid and are non-refundable.
These services are prepaid and arranged on your behalf.
10. MOBILITY & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be able to:
• Walk extended distances
• Navigate stairs, cobblestones, and uneven terrain
• Participate in group movement without specialized assistance
The Company is unable to provide individualized mobility accommodations.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
11. FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY NEEDS
While dining experiences are curated, the Company cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
Guests with severe allergies assume responsibility for their own food safety decisions and risk management.
12. COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS
Guests may be required to utilize designated communication platforms during travel for coordination and safety.
Failure to remain reachable may limit participation in scheduled activities.
13. CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEES
The Company is not responsible for:
• Exchange rate fluctuations
• Foreign transaction fees
• Banking conversion discrepancies
Pricing is fixed in the currency listed at time of booking.
14. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parisienne Farmgirl and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:
• Injury
• Illness
• Death
• Delays
• Missed connections
• Weather disruptions
• Civil unrest
• Acts of third parties
• Any event beyond reasonable control
Participation in international travel carries inherent risk. By booking, you voluntarily assume those risks.
A separate liability waiver may be required prior to departure.
15. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are voluntarily purchasing a non-refundable travel experience
• You have reviewed all trip details and disclosures
• You understand and accept the cancellation policy
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of these Terms will be formally contested with documented proof of checkout agreement, listing disclosures, and policy acceptance.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Any legal claims must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wisconsin, and all parties consent to jurisdiction therein.
17. LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIREMENT
All participants are required to review and sign a separate Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to departure. Failure to execute the required waiver by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
