Accommodations & Pricing
Single Occupancy: $9,450 USD
Double Occupancy: $7,995 USD
Double occupancy reservations must be confirmed together within 24 hours. Only one shared accommodation is available.
Most guests travel solo and choose single accommodations.
DEPOSIT REASSURANCE
This experience is intentionally limited and curated well in advance. Your deposit secures your accommodation, confirms your intent to participate, and allows final arrangements to be made on your behalf. Group size is capped to preserve the quality and pace of the journey. Once reserved, places are released only if payment deadlines are not met.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 USD is required to reserve your place.

Remaining balances will be invoiced privately according to the published payment schedule.

Final payment is due no later than July 1, 2026.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and processed.

Failure to submit payment by the stated deadlines will result in forfeiture of your reservation and all payments made, with no exceptions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS — REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By checking the box and submitting payment, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all of the following:
1. Non-Refundability
All payments, including the deposit and any subsequent installments, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations, illness, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend for any reason.
2. Trip Minimums & Changes
This experience requires a minimum number of participants to operate. In the event the trip is canceled due to official government travel advisories or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, payments will be applied to the next scheduled Paris–Provence trip. Cash refunds will not be issued.
3. Airfare & Travel Insurance
Airfare is not included. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered separately for purchase at the guest’s expense.
4. Eligibility & Physical Requirements
This experience is intended for adults only. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted.
Participants must be able to walk several miles per day and navigate stairs. This trip cannot accommodate mobility limitations.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
This trip cannot accommodate severe food allergies or dietary restrictions requiring guaranteed avoidance of cross-contamination, including but not limited to celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance.
Meals are provided by third-party restaurants, wineries, private chefs, and accommodations over which Parisienne Farmgirl / Paris with Angela has no direct control. We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments, separate food preparation areas, or the absence of trace ingredients.
Guests with severe food allergies or medical dietary requirements participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for managing their condition. By submitting your deposit, you release Parisienne Farmgirl / Paris with Angela from any responsibility related to food allergies, sensitivities, or reactions.
6. Liability Waiver
A separate liability waiver and participation agreement will be provided prior to final payment. Completion and acceptance of that waiver is mandatory and required to participate.
8. Communication Requirements
Participants are required to download WhatsApp and participate in group communication during the trip for coordination, updates, and safety purposes.
9. CHOICE OF LAW & FORUM
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal claims must be brought in the state or federal courts of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and all parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined on this page. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Parisienne Farmgirl / Paris with Angela.
