Camargue Fleur De Sel
1/3
$22.00
Description

Harvested by hand from the sun-drenched salt marshes of southern France, this Fleur de Sel is often called “the caviar of salts.” Formed by the wind and sea in delicate crystals that bloom like flowers on the surface of the water, it’s gathered with wooden rakes using centuries-old methods.

Each grain carries the mineral richness of the Mediterranean and the whisper of ocean air. Unlike ordinary salt, Fleur de Sel is never used in cooking — it’s a finishing touch, meant to be scattered lightly over just-prepared dishes: ripe tomatoes with olive oil, soft-boiled eggs, fresh bread with butter, or even dark chocolate and caramel.

Flavor: Clean, mineral, and delicately briny
🌊 Texture: Moist, flaky, and naturally crisp
📦 Ingredients: 100% Hand-Harvested French Sea Salt

A simple jar that elevates every table — a taste of Provence itself.
