This fabulous chocolate features a barrel aging process thats imparts flavors of oak, vanilla and smoke into a mild dark chocolate. Smoked salt enhances the experience. Aged with oak barrel from Two Trees Distilling, makers of fine spirits, aged sustainably, in Asheville, North Carolina.
