• Remove the lid completely before lighting; never use the lid to extinguish the candle
• Allow the candle to cool completely before replacing its lid
• After the final burn, keep the vessel for decorative use
• Other candles and styling accessories in the photographs are not included

Candle Care & Fire Safety

• Follow the safety label on the bottom of your candle. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and keep wax free of debris.
• Burn within sight. Extinguish before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.
• Place upright on a stable, heat-resistant, nonflammable surface. The crock becomes hot; do not move it while lit and allow it to cool completely before handling.
• Follow the maker’s recommended burn time; never burn for more than four hours at a time.
• Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains. Extinguish if the flame becomes unusually high, wax leaks, or the vessel cracks. Do not relight a damaged vessel.
• Use a candle snuffer; never use water. Allow wax and vessel to cool before relighting.
• After the candle is finished, retain the crock for decorative use only, not food or drink.
