Antiquing in Paris & Rouen

An intimate 6-night, 7-day hosted journey created for Vicki and her friends, through Paris and Rouen, designed for women who want France to feel natural, elegant, and deeply personal, never rushed, crowded, or generic.

We begin in Paris and travel by train to Rouen, where a boutique hotel in the historic center becomes our home. Expect market mornings, antique shops, quiet exploration, and time to experience the rhythm of Normandy. We return to Paris for private access, flea markets, and a closing reception.

Group size is intentionally limited to preserve the pace and intimacy of the experience.

Many guests choose to ship items home from France. General guidance will be shared prior to departure for those who wish to do so.

Optional Add-Ons

Optional spa treatments, extended hotel stays, concierge services, and add-ons are available at additional cost and are final sale once arranged.

Investment

Private Occupancy: $8,725 per person 

Double Occupancy: $7,725 per person 

Triple Occupancy: $8225 per person 

For guests selecting a shared room, a travel companion(s) must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. If a roommate is not secured within that time, the reservation will be adjusted to a private room.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A custom $3,500 deposit has been made here for Vicki Gordon secures your participation.

40% of the remaining balance is invoiced six months prior to departure.
Final 40% is invoiced three months prior to departure.

Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received and processed. Failure to meet payment deadlines results in forfeiture of reservation and all funds paid.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments may not be applied to a different tour, future date, or alternate participant.

If Parisienne Farmgirl LLC cancels due to government restrictions or force majeure events beyond reasonable control, payments will be applied to a rescheduled date.

Travel Insurance & Waiver

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and evacuation coverage. Proof of coverage is required prior to final payment.

All guests must sign a Hold Harmless and Release of Liability waiver prior to departure.

Guest Requirements

Guests must be able to walk up to three miles per day, navigate cobblestones and stairs, and manage their own luggage. Mobility accommodations cannot be provided. Severe food allergies cannot be accommodated. Guests are responsible for passport validity, airfare, and personal medical needs.

Children under 16 are not permitted.

Communication

Guests are required to use WhatsApp and Life360 during the trip for coordination and safety communication.

Limitation of Liability

Parisienne Farmgirl LLC, Angela Reed, affiliated contractors, vendors, and partners are not liable for delays, missed flights, illness, injury, weather events, supplier changes, exchange rate fluctuations, civil unrest, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Optional services and add-ons are final sale once paid.

Choice of Law & Forum

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal claim must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin. By booking, you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

By submitting your deposit and checking the required agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
